1.Chassis pick-up operation process
Driving pumping switching in the cab to complete, pick-up operation before hanging the neutral gear pull the hand brake, press the pick-up switch. Take power to complete and then hang into the appropriate gear, generally hang 1:1 speed ratio gear.

2. After completing the power take-off and engaging the gear, it is necessary to unfold the outriggers and levelling under the near-control state.
Levelling needs to observe the level meter next to the outrigger multi-way valve, the pump truck installed with electronic level meter needs to observe the level data on the display in time. The outriggers need to be placed on the pads, the site must be hardened, parked smoothly and firmly, with good drainage facilities to prevent collapse.

3. After the outriggers are unfolded, switch to the remote control state and then open each section of the boom in turn.

4. Concrete pumping and construction
Before taking over the use of the delivery pipe of the concrete pump truck, it should be carefully inspected, if there are cracks in the pipe wall, wear and tear, serious wear and tear of the pipe body, damage to the joints and other phenomena, it should be repaired or stopped, in order to prevent accidents from occurring under greater pressure when pumping concrete. Lubricate the pipe with a small amount of mortar before pumping. When pouring pumped concrete on site, no one should stand within 1 metre on both sides of the conduit to prevent the conduit from swinging and hurting people.

5. Flush the pipeline by back pumping, inhaling sponge balls or water after pouring is completed

6. Wrap up and finish the work on the project

3. When using concrete with additives, the person who mixes the additives must operate carefully and be careful to prevent corrosion injury.
4. When connecting the pumping pipe, the erection must be reliable and firm, and when it is suspended across, the steel pipe row frame must be set up, and in order to prevent the pumping process from swinging, the anchoring steel reinforcement can be used.
5. The connection of the conveying pipe of the concrete pump truck must use the intact special card bolt, and there should be spare card bolt and wearable accessories during construction.
6. Before the concrete pump truck works, there must be perfect communication means in the pump truck site and concrete construction silo so that the construction can be carried out safely.
