ZLIN has recently completed the shipment of a new batch of Foton 8×4 dump trucks to South America, together with tires and essential wearing spare parts.

This shipment was prepared according to the customer's requirements, with a focus on product quality, complete configuration and fast delivery. Before loading, our team arranged a pre-shipment inspection to ensure that the vehicles, tires, spare parts and related equipment were in good condition and met the customer's requirements.

After the inspection was completed, the trucks were successfully loaded onto the vessel and shipped to South America.

The customer was highly satisfied with both the quality of the vehicles and our fast delivery service.

For construction and transportation businesses, receiving the complete equipment package can help reduce preparation time and keep vehicles working efficiently.

Pre-Shipment Inspection Before Loading

Quality control is an important part of every export order.

Before the vehicles were loaded, a pre-shipment inspection was carried out to check the condition and configuration of the trucks.

The inspection focused on key areas such as:

Vehicle appearance and overall condition
Engine and mechanical components
Dump body and hydraulic system
Tires and accessories
Vehicle configuration
Spare parts and shipment quantity

Only after the inspection was completed were the vehicles arranged for loading.

Fast Loading and Shipment

For international buyers, delivery time is an important factor when purchasing heavy equipment and commercial vehicles.

After the inspection was completed, our team quickly arranged the loading and shipping process. The Foton 8×4 dump trucks, tires and spare parts were loaded onto the vessel and shipped to South America.

For customers who need vehicles for construction projects or transportation operations, efficient delivery can help them put their new trucks into operation sooner.
